I have been an ActionCOACH Business & Executive Coach since 2017, after more than 20 years as an engineer, director and executive. Throughout my career I have worked in different sectors and demanding contexts, always focused on learning, applying and sharing, building systems that increase productivity and effectiveness.
I believe the models and structure for building companies are the same, but every owner is unique. That combination of method and person is what makes growth sustainable and interesting.
A coach who gives owners their freedom back
I work with SMEs that want to grow without the business becoming a prison. I help owners stop fire-fighting, plan better, decide more clearly and gain control over time, money and team.
Because when freedom disappears, the business stops being fun and grows much less.
Structure, method and real impact
Over the last years I have worked with dozens of business owners, in thousands of hours of Business Coaching, using a clear and practical six-step structure: first define what the owner really wants, for the business and for life, then build the path to get there.
A good business coach does not solve everything for the owner: they get the owner to do what they would not do alone. Very often, those are exactly the actions that were holding growth back.
That is why I do what I do: I believe I am changing people’s lives, helping them build better companies to live better lives.
Practising communication and leadership
Communicating well and leading people can be trained. For that I recommend Viseu Toastmasters Club, where you practise public speaking and leadership in a supportive learning environment.
